One of my absolute favorite things about this time of year is baking! I rarely make cookies and desserts unless it’s around the holiday, but when I get the chance, I tend to go kind of crazy! It’s so fun getting in the kitchen with the kids, baking up a storm and then enjoying all the yummies afterwards. I love, Love, LOVE all the fun and cute holiday themed cookies and treats too. The cookies that I’m sharing with you today are absolutely darling AND super easy to make! In 30 minutes you can have super cute cookies that not only look fabulous, but taste amazing too.

While I do love cooking from scratch at times, I love using cookie mixes, especially Immaculate Baking Company mixes. I love the ease of adding just a few simple everyday ingredients to their cookie mixes and having decadent, rich and delicious cookies in half the time that it would take me to make from scratch. Since my son is helping me often in the kitchen these days, the easier and less steps the better. One thing that I especially love about Immaculate Baking products: they use wholesome ingredients! There are no questionable ingredients that you can’t pronounce, no bleached flour, artificial preservatives or flavors. Their double chocolate cookie mix is ah-mazing! Definitely a winner in my book!
