With the holidays come Christmas parties and events, which means dressing to the nines and getting all dolled up. Admittedly, this is something that doesn’t happen that often anymore, but when I get a night out I love experimenting with makeup. Below are a few of my favorite looks for this holiday season.
Bold Red Lips
A bold red lip is one of the best holiday looks out there. It’s festive, dramatic and adds so much fun to a simple look. Right now I’m loving on Maybelline Super Stay 24 Color in shade, Keep Up The Flame! that I got in my Influenster VoxBox. This lipwear is amazing and truly lasts forever. I can put it on in the morning and it’ll last me most of the day, even through drinking and eating. The color is so fun and festive for Christmas and New Years.
Holiday Nails

This Festive Plaid is so super cute. Simple paint with your base coat, then choose two other colors to crosshatch to create a plaid design. Easy & cute!

Glimmery, Sparkly Eyes
I love using gold during the holidays, whether it’s a chunky liner or a shimmery eye shadow. Paired with red lips it’s the perfect glam holiday look. Using a little green eye shadow to line the eye’s is a perfect way to add a little more pizazz for a night out. Pairing a shimmery gold or silver with a smoky eye is my all time favorite for a late night holiday party. The glitter and shimmer are reminisce of the weather outside but looks fiery hot.
The Urban Decay Naked palettes are definitely on my “want” list! I love all the colors that can be used for day and night looks and they would be absolutely perfect for a smoky and glimmery holiday look.
