  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 cup Italian panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Horseradish Dipping Sauce

  • In large bowl, combine panko bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and 2 Tbsp of Corn Oil. Mix well until oil is mixed in well.
  • Dredge green beans in flour (I like to toss flour and green beans in zipper plastic storage bag).
  • In small batches, dip flour dredge beans in egg whites and then dredge with panko/breadcrumb mix.
  • Place on baking pan in single layers and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve immediately!

Horseradish Dipping Sauce

  • Mix together Greek yogurt, horseradish, dijon mustard, honey, garlic powder and salt & pepper. Serve with fries!
