Blueberry Breakfast Hidden Veggie Parfait
Super simple, easy and healthy breakfast parfait featuring Garden Lite Blueberry muffins.
- 1 Garden Lite Blueberry Muffin thawed or warmed
- 6 ounces Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
- Place a thin layer of blueberries on bottom of cup. Layer with yogurt. Break muffin into pieces and place on yogurt. Cover with additional yogurt. Top with blueberries and oats.
