Anyone else have hundreds or thousands of photos that they’ve taken, but haven’t done anything with them aside posting the occasional photo on social media or flipping through photos on your phone. I absolutely treasure all the photos that we have taken, especially those that showcase our everyday lives and the milestones that our children keep reaching at an astonishing rate. I always have the intention of making a photo book with them, but just can’t seem to find the time.
I’ve thought about scrapbooking, but let’s be honest — I definitely don’t have time for that with two little ones to take care of. Online photo books seemed great but the thought of sorting through all my photos and picking which ones to feature was overwhelming, much less organizing them into a book and choosing the embellishments.
Until Now!
When I heard about the Shutterfly Make My Book Service, I knew that I had to give it a try and I’m so glad that I did! It was so easy and took all the stress out of it for me. The Make My Book Service is free to get started and you pay a small design fee ($9.99) if you decide to order the book. The design process was so easy. It took less than an hour to setup my book. Within several days they emailed me a preview of my book to edit/approve (I changed nothing on mine — it was perfect) and I was done!
With the Make My Book service you get a professionally designed book made for you by one of their fabulous book creators. You can choose exactly what photos you want or allow them to select the best photos for you (that’s what I did to save myself time and the thought of having to pick favorites out of hundreds of photos). When it arrived in the mail, I was so impressed with the quality of the book. The photos are crisp, design is fabulous, heavyweight pages and simply an amazing way to capture all of your friends and families special moments.
I’ll definitely be using the Make My Book service in the future. The nominal design fee is worth every penny when it comes to a well designed, aesthetic book that I barely had to spend any time creating. I’m planning on creating books at least once a year to capture all the special moments in our lives (vacations, graduations, birthdays). I’ll definitely be keeping Shutterfly Make My Book in mind for unique and thoughtful wedding, birthday, anniversary or Christmas gifts.
Be sure to check out Shutterfly Make My Book and all their other great products too! I guarantee that you’ll be so happy with your book. I love this service so much that I’m running a giveaway for a $25 American Express Gift Card to go towards making your own Shutterfly photo book! Enter below. 🙂

Really cool service they’re providing! $10 is totally worth the time it takes to lay photo books out. I know as I have now made a bunch for our family, but I’ve spent the first 6 months of baby girl’s life trying to just make one and with two kids that always need my attention, I think I need to be less controlling and let Shutterfly help me out! Lolol Thanks for sharing! ❤
This is so much easier than the hassle and mess of scrap booking. I have used Shutterfly before and absolutely love them! Thank you for sharing!
