Garlic Parmesan Pull Apart Bread

Simple bread appetizer that goes great with soup, salad or beside a pasta dish. Great for serving with a group with marinara and extra virgin olive oil dipping sauce. Baking it in a bundt pan, leads to lots of great crusts and also a fabulous presentation.

  • 2 cans pizza dough or biscuits
  • 1/3 cup olive oil I prefer European Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp fresh minced garlic may substitute with 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp parsley flakes
  • 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
  • Marinara sauce optional
  • Olive Oil Dipping Sauce optional
