Hail Merry Bites | Pure Snacks for Higher Health and Giveaway!

Hail Merry is taking snacks and putting a whole new spin on them. Merry Bites are multiple award winning snacks that are made with certified C.L.E.A.N. ingredients, sweet almond flour and healthy fats (organic virgin coconut oil). Merry Bites are dehydrated at super low temperatures in order to retain the integrity and delicate healthy fats in the coconut and almond flour. This process yields a super fresh and super moist dough (like cookie dough, but without the risk from eggs!).

Merry Bites comes in six delicious flavors that melt in your mouth (seriously, it melts into yummy, sweet, and satisfying goodness): Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Caramel Sea Salt, Salted Brownie, Pure Vanilla Macaroon, Lemon Macaroon, and Dark Chocolate Macaroon.

The Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough taste amazing! Actually they all do! The lemon has the perfect amount of zest and sweetness and is probably my favorite (I may have hid the extras from my family so I could enjoy them all…). My son could not get enough of the salted caramel variety and gobbled them down and kept asking for more.

They are a perfect guilt-free snack as the healthy plant-based fats in them, balance the total carb load. This is the miracle behind Merry Bites guilt-free snacks.  I love that I can give these to my toddler son without feeling like I’m feeding him junk. He’s thrilled because he’s getting a “treat” and I’m happy because he’s powering his little, growing body with healthy fats and organic, real food instead of processed junk.

Aside from just a delicious snack, these would be a great alternative for a pre-workout snack as well. The coconut oil would provide a surge of energy to power through a run or tough workout.
