Healthier Greek Yogurt French Onion Dip
This dip is so simple to make and is a great healthier option than the typical store-bought french onion dip. Made with no-fat greek yogurt completely slashes the fat content while also providing additional protein. Guilt-free and great to serve with veggie straws and cut vegetables.
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain, non-fat greek yogurt
- 2 TBSP dried onion flakes
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce can substitute with coconut aminos or soy sauce, if desired
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1-2 Tbsp mayo optional
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together well. Cover and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours to let flavors blend. Enjoy!
Notes
Stays well in fridge for up to a week. Mix well prior to serving.
