Today I’m combining two of my favorite things: brunch and charcuterie boards! Breakfast and brunch are definitely my family’s favorite meals, so what better way to enjoy them than a huge charcuterie style platter of all of our favorite breakfast yummies: FAGE Total Plain Greek yogurt, pancakes, fruits galore, nuts, and all the toppings you can imagine. You can go all out with a smorgasbord or keep it simple with fruit & nuts to allow your family and guests to create customized and delicious yogurt parfaits!

Brunch boards are perfect for so many occasions: sleepy Sundays with the family, holidays, birthdays and so on. The best part is that they are so simple to put together and can include all of your family’s favorite foods. With a few picky kids in our home, I love finding meals that they’ll happily eat and provide them with healthier options. Greek yogurt bowls and parfaits are always a favorite in our home for a nutritious, quick breakfast, snack or late night treat!

For today’s brunch platter I’m focusing on Greek yogurt and scrumptious toppings to allow for countless mix and match creations. All-natural FAGE Total Plain Greek Yogurt is a great brunch option as it’s a delicious protein-rich base for meals and the rich, creamy consistency is oh-so-good! With 3 different fat percentages available (0%, 2% or 5%) there is something for everyone and every diet. Since it’s made with only milk and live active yogurt cultures, there are no added sugars either. For a Greek yogurt bowl & parfait board such as this, you can buy the large (5.3 oz.) containers, my preferred choice, and serve in bowls or single-serve containers (6 to 7 oz.) that each person can customize.

How To Build a Greek Yogurt Parfait Brunch Charcuterie Board

When it comes to Greek yogurt bowls and parfait boards, the options are endless. Below are a few of my ultimate favorite additions for the most delish, beautiful and yummy Greek yogurt bowl brunch platter:

  • FAGE Total Plain Greek Yogurt (0%, 2% or 5%)
  • Fruit: strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, mandarin, banana, grapes, melon, dried fruits (raisins, apricots, etc.)
  • Nuts & Seeds: almonds, walnuts, pecans, chia seeds, flax seeds
  • Granola & Cereals
  • Sauces: fruit compote, syrup, caramel, chocolate, jellies
  • Pancakes or waffles (so good to dice fruit and add on top or even top with a dollop of yogurt goodness)

Don’t forget about the presentation! A pretty cutting board, slate board or even butcher paper can be used (great easy clean-up option) to set out all your yummy Greek yogurt toppings and mix-ins!
