It’s nearly summertime which means sunshine, beaches, backyard barbecues and drinks! There’s nothing I love more than a light and refreshing mojito and I wanted to share my twist on a regular summer classic.

Lately I’ve really been digging on lemonade. It’s the quintessential summertime drink and I absolutely love Santa Cruz Organic lemonade and their Agua Fresca Pomegranate juice.

Their products are made with core ingredients such as organic fruit juice, sugar, and natural flavors. I love being able to read and actually know what each ingredient on the label is! Their delicious juices are lightly sweetened (not too sweet like many other juices), refreshing and are the perfect products to make a delicious, thirst quenching mojito.

Lemonade Pomegranate Mojito

Ingredients:

1 1/2 ounce white rum
3 ounces lemonade
3 ounces club soda
1 ounces pomegranate juice
Strawberry
Mint leaves
Lime slices

  1. Muddle 2-3 mint leaves and 1 strawberry in a large glass.
  2. Fill glass with ice and add remaining ingredients. Squeeze in lime wedge, stir, garnish with lime and strawberry and ENJOY!

*To make non-alcoholic, simply omit the white rum.
