I’m all about everything in moderation, but one thing I’m super strict about is getting enough water. I try to drink at least eight glasses a day, and always feel so much better when I do. Even though I feel less bloated and have more energy when I am hydrated, I sometimes find it hard to drink so much plain water. I add lemon every now and then, but sometimes I still find myself grabbing for a diet pop at dinner. I wanted to find a beverage that had all of the same benefits of drinking plain water, but that also had some flavor to mix it up now and then.
Recently, I found Hint, a line of still and carbonated flavored waters that don’t contain any artificial sweeteners, colors, preservatives or GMO’s. Hint has over 35 different flavors, and they are made with the oil derived from the skin of the fruit, so it’s natural and delicious.
As I said, I would indulge in a diet soda here and there, but only recently did I realize the full extent of just how bad for you they really are. While I like that diet drinks are low calorie, I hated thinking about all the nasty effects that diet sweeteners in diet drinks can cause: dehydration, weight gain and even links to cancer. Yikes! Hint has all of the benefits of drinking natural, still water, but with a huge variety of different flavors. My current favorites are the Peach and Pineapple- so refreshing and perfect for the summer time.
Hint also offer carbonated options, and even waters that have caffeine! I love my coffee, but swapping out the occasional cup of joe for a Hint Kick is a great way for me to still get much needed caffeine, and hydrate at the same time. Right now, I’m loving the Blackberry Hint Kick, it’s a great boost of energy in the afternoon.
Hints’ convenient online subscription means that it’s delivered right to my door- one less thing I have to worry about when I go grocery shopping. They have multipacks of lot of different flavors, which is ideal for me because I love switching it up. My kids love Hint, too. They’re obsessed with the Blackberry and Watermelon flavors- it’s a guilt free sweet treat!
Hint waters are so easy to grab on the go. I find myself actually wanting to drink more water because the flavors are so good. They offer all of the flavor with none of the unhealthy effects that diet sodas do. My energy levels improve so much when I’m drinking an adequate amount of water, and Hint makes staying hydrated so much easier (and tastier!).
The folks at Hint are offering a special promotion to my readers! Follow this link to get 36 Bottles for $36 PLUS free shipping!!
Unfortunately, I am very picky about flavors and can’t invest so much $$ in a bundle where I can’t choose what flavors I want to try…stores don’t offer much in different flavors!! I am trying to find something to replace some of the soda I drink (No diet)… They should offer a package where the customer can choose flavors…!!!?
I love it too. Expensive though!
You find many flavors at Target or safeway, check your local stores. Then you can try before you buy.
I love it! The BlackBerry is my favorite!
Hint water is very good!!Watermelon, BlackBerry and the cherry one are all good.I bought apple and pineapple, but have not tried yet!Watermelon is my #1though!!
Pineapple is my favorite!
I love HINT do not drink the one with cayenne in it for caffeine!!!! It sent me to the hospital!!!!
I just had my first one 3 days ago, while in a different state, and fell in LOVE! I bought it HOPING it wasn’t “fizzy”, and it wasn’t! I only got a peach and a pineapple and was soooo wishing I would’ve gotten more. I even texted my sisters asking if they’d ever seen or tried them. I’ve GOT to find them in a store near me. I like trying before buying multiples.
I love the raspberry and the peach but it’s so hard to find these 2 flavors in stores ! I also see That both of these flavors are not offered in the 36 for 36$’s plus free shipping promotion … Why is that ?? ( Unfortunately I just buy regular water when I can’t find these flavors .. )
You can get at Target cheaper
Can you buy Hint in stores or do you have to order online?
They are at our Target. I love the watermelon!
Target has some of the flavors. Also you might try your health food markets. Pomegranate is pretty tart. Peach is great!!
Cost too much. $1.00 a bottle is the price it should be.
It’s $1.49 in the stores around here. I had ordered them for $1.00 each. Love it!
What exactly is in it.. I don’t do sugar at all and I don’t do corn syrups neither…
Fruit essence. No sugars or sweeteners at all.
