No Bake Chocolate Coco-Nutty Prune Energy Bites (Paleo)

These prune energy bites combine Mariani Probiotic Prunes, almonds, coconut, cocoa powder, coconut oil and vanilla extract to create little balls of deliciousness remind me of Almond Joy candy bars, but they are a healthier snack option that totally satisfies a sweet tooth while also being super great for gut health!

  • 2 cup Mariani Probiotic Prunes
  • 1 1/2 cup almonds unsalted
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 Tbsp almond extract optional
  • coconut flakes for rolling, optional


  • Add almonds into food processor and chop until bread crumb consistency.
  • Add remaining ingredients and mix until a thick fudge-like consistency forms. If dough is crumbly, add one tablespoon at water at a time until its a thicker, more solid consistency.
  • Transfer mix to a bowl and roll into one inch balls. Roll balls in coconut flakes (optional). You may put dough into the fridge prior to forming balls to harden a bit, if preferred.
  • Store in refrigerator for up to 5 days.
