One-Pot Creamy Lemon Garlic & Ham Pasta

This one-pot creamy lemon garlic ham pasta is so easy to make, takes less than 30 minutes and is super family-friendly. It's the perfect quick weeknight meal when you want comfort food, but are short on time!

  • 8 ounces rotini noodles dry
  • 1 Tbsp cooking oil
  • 1/2 onion diced
  • 1 medium red pepper diced
  • 2 cup broccoli
  • 1 package (8 ounce) Smithfield Anytime Favorites Cubed Ham
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 3-4 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • grated parmesan
  • parsley chopped, optional


  • Boil water and cook pasta according to directions on box.
  • Add oil to large pan over medium heat. Sauté onion, red pepper, broccoli and ham until onions are translucent (about 3-4 minutes). Remove from pan.
  • Add minced garlic to pan and sauté until fragrant. Add cream, chicken broth, lemon juice and Italian seasoning. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer until reduced & thickened.
  • Add ham, veggies and pasta to pan and mix well. Sprinkle with parmesan and garnish with parsley.
