Pecan Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Bowl

This pecan pumpkin pie smoothie has all the fall flavors and I'm here for it! Creamy, protein-packed and nutrient rich, this smoothie will be your favorite through fall, winter and beyond.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 scoop protein powder vanilla or unflavored
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup optional depending on sweetness preferred but gives great flavor
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup ice
  • raw pumpkin seeds to taste
  • NOW Foods Honey Roasted Pecans to taste

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients except for pumpkin seeds and pecans to blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Top with pumpkin seeds and honey roasted pecans.
