Peppermint Whipped Cream
Thick, rich and with just the right amount of mint! This whipped cream is great served on hot chocolate, topping your favorite latte, served alongside cake or brownies.
- 3 cups cold heavy cream
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
- Place all ingredients in Aer disc in the order listed and secure lid. Start with the lowest setting and increase to the highest speed. Run for 1 minute. Use the tamper as needed to push ingredients toward the disc.
