Pumpkin Pie Overnight Chai Oats

These pumpkin pie overnight chia oats taste like fall in a cup! Creamy Greek yogurt, old fashioned oats, pumpkin puree and chia seeds combine for a delicious and healthy breakfast or snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 container Vanilla Greek Yogurt (5.3 ounce)
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice or a mix of cinnamon and nutmeg

Method
 

  1. In a 16 ounce mason jar or glass, layer with half of the oats, chia seeds, milk, pumpkin puree and yogurt. Repeat.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 5 hours.
  3. Mix together and enjoy! Add additional toppings as desired.

Notes

Overnight night oats will last for 3 to 5 days in the fridge.
