Energy balls are one of my favorite healthier-for-you sweet treats to make in our house for so many reasons! With so many variations out there, there is truly a variety for everyone. I love switching this snack staple throughout the year to focus on seasonal flavors (these lemon coconut balls are so GOOD).

I love grabbing one or two when I need a midday energy boost and my kids absolutely love these for after-school snacks or included in their school lunch for a perfect take-and-go treat.
