Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 onion diced
- 2-3 cooked chicken breast about 3 cups; diced or shredded
- 1 7 ounce can green chiles diced
- 1 14 ounce can diced tomatoes
- 2 16 ounce cans BUSH'S Mild Kidney Chili Beans do NOT rinse
- 1 cup frozen corn may substitute with drained canned corn
- 12 ounce low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 Tbsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 ounce reduced fat cream cheese softened and cut into small cubes

Instructions
- Add drizzle of oil to large pan over medium heat. Saute onions and garlic until transparent.
- Add all remaining ingredients except for cream cheese to pan. Simmer for 10 minutes of medium-low heat and stir occasionally.
- Reduce heat to low and add cream cheese. Mix often until completely melted into chili. Top with desired toppings (jalapenos, avocado, cilantro, tortilla chips).
