Green Bean Fries
- 1 pound green beans freshly cleaned and stems trimmed (you want the green beans slightly damp for dredging)
- 3 Tbsp Mazola Corn Oil
- 1/2 cup egg whites
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup Italian panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Horseradish Dipping Sauce
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tbsp prepared horseradish
- 2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 - 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste

Green Bean Fries
- Preheat oven to 425°. Lightly coat a baking pan with 1 Tbsp of Mazola Corn Oil.
- In large bowl, combine panko bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and 2 Tbsp of Corn Oil. Mix well until oil is mixed in well.
- Dredge green beans in flour (I like to toss flour and green beans in zipper plastic storage bag).
- In small batches, dip flour dredge beans in egg whites and then dredge with panko/breadcrumb mix.
- Place on baking pan in single layers and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve immediately!
Horseradish Dipping Sauce
- Mix together Greek yogurt, horseradish, dijon mustard, honey, garlic powder and salt & pepper. Serve with fries!
