    Green Bean Fries
    1. Preheat oven to 425°. Lightly coat a baking pan with 1 Tbsp of Mazola Corn Oil.
    2. In large bowl, combine panko bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and 2 Tbsp of Corn Oil. Mix well until oil is mixed in well.
    3. Dredge green beans in flour (I like to toss flour and green beans in zipper plastic storage bag).
    4. In small batches, dip flour dredge beans in egg whites and then dredge with panko/breadcrumb mix.
    5. Place on baking pan in single layers and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve immediately!
    Horseradish Dipping Sauce
    1. Mix together Greek yogurt, horseradish, dijon mustard, honey, garlic powder and salt & pepper. Serve with fries!
