    Instructions
    1. Combine Greek yogurt, flour and baking powder in large bowl.
    2. Flour hands and mix and knead well until it forms into a ball.
    3. Let dough sit for 15 minutes.
    4. Separate dough into 4 equal pieces. Heat grill or pan to medium heat.
    5. Using hand or rolling pin, flatten dough into 1/4″ round flatbreads. Brush olive oil on bread with brush or hand.
    6. Cook 3-4 minutes on each side until bubbly and browned.
