  1. Add 2 tablespoons of butter to a large and wide pan. Bring to medium heat to melt butter.
  2. Add garlic and cook, stirring frequently for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add Pacific Foods® Organic Free Range Chicken Broth, milk, italian seasoning, salt and pepper and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer, Add pasta, stirring occasionally, until pasta is cooked thoroughly (about 18 minutes).
  5. Turn off heat when noodles are completely cooked and add parmesan cheese. Stir in well until cheese melts and pasta is covered. If sauce is too thick, you can add more milk or chicken broth to help thin.
  6. Serve immediately. Top with parsley to garnish.
