Peanut Butter & Chocolate Chip Protein Bars
These peanut butter and chocolate chip protein bars are so delicious and go fast in our house! Perfect delicious and healthier-for-you snack that can be made in 10 minutes and packed with lots of nutritional goodness!

Instructions
  1. Line a small baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In medium bowl, add peanut butter, protein powder and maple syrup together. Mix well until a dough like consistently forms. You can mix by hand or use a hand mixer.
  3. Add half of the chocolate chips and mix in.
  4. Take your dough mixture and press into the baking dish that is lined with parchment paper. Press the mixture evenly into the pan until it is flat. Make sure to press well on the edges.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips and all of the cranberry seeds evenly on the bars. Press firmly into the dough.
  6. Gently remove bars from the baking dish using the parchment paper. Cut evenly into bars.
Recipe Notes

Note: The amount of protein powder may vary depending on brand. If dough is too wet, add more protein powder. If it's too dry, you can add a small amount of water until a dough-like consistency.

Store refrigerated and use within 5-7 days.
