Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts heavily seasoned with garlic, onion, paprika, salt and pepper
- corn on the cob shucked
- 1 can black beans rinsed well
- mixed greens I like to use spinach and romaine
- orange or red pepper sliced
- red onion sliced
- cherry tomatoes sliced
- cucumber sliced
- Chipotle Lime Dressing see recipe above

Instructions
- Turn grill onto medium heat.
- Drizzle oil on corn on the cob.
- Grill chicken and corn on the cob until done (chicken internal temperature of 165ºF).
- Cut corn off of cob.
- Arrange salad with remaining ingredients and drizzle with dressing.
