Vanilla Almond Protein Granola
Rolled oats, almond butter, protein powder and nuts combine for a decadent healthy treat! This crunchy protein packed granola is the perfect topping for yogurt parfaits and smoothie bowls!

  1. Preheat the oven to 325ยบ. Lightly oil a large baking pan or line with parchment paper.
  2. In a small pan, heat almond butter and honey over medium heat until well mixed. Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together remaining ingredients. Pour honey/nut butter over the dry mix and mix well.
  4. Pour onto a baking pan. Spread across the pan. You can leave chunks together for larger granola clusters.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes. Flip and gently mix. Bake 10 more minutes until golden brown. Granola will be soft at first and become hard as it cools.
