I just wanted to share one of my favorite outfits with y’all today! On most days of the week I usually hit up the gym or yoga studio. I almost always have an errand to run or somewhere to go post workout so transforming my workout outfit to a casual yet chic outfit that doesn’t make me look like a hot mess is a must (especially since I live in a small town and always run into someone I know when out).
This casual, but put together athleisure look is super easy to achieve. For my workouts I usually wear a pair of leggings or tights and a tank top. I’ve been loving my newest Caraway tights from prAna. They are perfect for super sweaty hot yoga sessions and I love the wide waistband that stays in place (my biggest pet peeve is pants that I’m always having to pull up or readjust). The high rise compression top is so flattering and I love the addition of the reflective taping for added safety for early morning or sunset runs. These tights have quickly taken over as being one of my favorite newest additions to my athletic wear and I’ve been wearing them on repeat.
When my workout is over I simply throw on a sweater tunic to add some warmth and to transform a workout outfit to a more everyday wear look. PrAna’s Deedra sweater tunic is perfect for the athleisure look. It’s a lightweight sweater and I love that the back has a wider weave knit and side slits that are perfect for allowing a little ventilation post-workout while lending a flattering look with the mixed weave throughout the sweater.
While the quality of prAna never disappoints, I really respect and support them because they have amazing sustainability practices (the clothing above uses a mix of recycled and organic fabrics and textiles)! Plus, their clothing is super practical to adapt and work for all aspects of life, regardless if I’m working out, running errands, playing with the kids or hanging with family.
