Splendid Spoon Is My Secret To Eating Well

I’m always looking for new ways to eat healthy meals that are more than just a boring salad. But between work and being a mom, trying to find healthy options that don’t take a ton of time to prepare can prove to be rather tricky. I’m a huge fan of anything that allows me to eat quality, nourishing meals that don’t require a lot of time to prepare, so when I came across Splendid Spoon, I was excited to try it!

Splendid Spoon is a health company that makes vegan soups and smoothies that are all packed full of nutrient dense superfoods. They have a ton of delicious smoothies and worldly soups, and the best part? It’s all delivered right to your doorstep, ready to eat (seriously, all you have to do is to heat up the soup, and the smoothies are ready to drink!). How great is that!

I’ve always made smoothies and soups at home, but what I love about Splendid Spoon is that there is no grocery shopping or prep time required. They give you all of the benefits of having a wide variety of fruits and vegetables in your diet, but without having to spend hours scouring local markets for the freshest produce. The smoothies are a godsend for when I’m running out the door in the morning. I’m always so focused on making sure the kids have a good breakfast that I often forget about myself! My personal favorite is the AB&J (almond butter and jelly) Smoothie. It’s the perfect amount of sweetness without being too much, and it’s full of organic strawberries, bananas, almonds and pea protein. The perfect no effort breakfast — so yummy, and it actually keeps me full all morning.

The soups make lunchtime a breeze, too. I need my food to have a lot of flavor, and the soups don’t disappoint! They have 22 different soups that have seasoning and spices from many different cuisines from around the world. I loved the Masala Khichri, loaded with iron boosting spinach, immune boosting ginger, and mung beans for a major boost of fiber! The Mexican Tomato was one of my favorites, too, and had lots of chunky vegetables and protein packed quinoa, so it felt more like a meal than a soup. It was so tasty and it filled me up more than I expected it to.

Splendid Spoon’s subscription plans mean that I can constantly change up my order combinations, so I’ll never get bored, and get a fresh order on my doorstep every week without needing to spend time grocery shopping. They have over 40 different recipes that are all GMO and gluten-free, so there’s always something new and exciting to try.

Splendid Spoon is my secret weapon to maintaining a healthy diet without even having to really try! The soups and smoothies are all portion controlled, so I can eat delicious, balanced meals without having to worry about over indulging. Plus, having them in my fridge, ready to go, I find that I’m not reaching for unhealthy options during the day. It’s so much easier to stay on the clean eating bandwagon when you have great food that you actually want to eat, all prepped and ready to heat or drink. Brings a whole new meaning to the term “fast food!”

Dinnertime in my house with the whole family is my favorite time of the day, and I love that I can still indulge a little because my breakfast and lunch have been so healthy- it balances it all out. Splendid Spoon is the perfect way to get a wide variety of vitamins and nutrients in the form of delicious and easy soups and smoothies. If you don’t have time to meal plan, shop, and prep, it’s the perfect way to stay on top of your health.

If you’ve ever thought about giving a meal subscription a try, especially if you’ve been curious about starting or maintaining a plant-based diet, you should give Splendid Spoon a try!

FYI, your code doesn’t work for the lunch only plan. Only the combo plans.
