Valentine’s Day Inspired DIY Chewelry Teething Necklace Kits + GIVEAWAY!

Valentine’s Day is around the corner…are you ready? Today I’m sharing the sweetest and most fun DIY kit for making teething necklaces and pacifier/teething clips! These kits from Chomp Chew Bead Design are perfect for making your littlest loves necklaces that you both can enjoy: stylish personalized necklaces for mama and soothing silicone beads for teething babes to gnaw on to comfort sore and swollen gums. I love the little heart beads…so perfect for Valentine’s Day!

We are in the midst of intense teething right now. Swollen, white, bumpy gums and constant drooling. She absolutely loves these necklaces and they are such a lifesaver for me. Instead of the constant yanking of my hair, at my clothes and general fussiness, she simply grabs hold of my necklace and happily chomps away. LIFESAVER for moms of teething babies (which lets face it…is the first two years of life). Plus, they are super cute to add some color and style to an outfit and I had so much fun making them too.

Each DIY teething necklace kit (includes storage container) comes with enough materials to make at least 5 chewelry teething necklaces in personalized and coordinating colors. There are a TON of different kits to choose from with the option to switch out colors if you choose as well. Each kit is only $25-30 each, so you are only spending around $5 per necklace, which is significantly cheaper than if you were to buy them premade.

The process for making them was so easy and I love that there are simple to follow tutorial videos available on the Chomp Chew website as well. In less than 45 minutes, I was able to make 2 necklaces and a teething clip (and to be honest, I could have made it quicker had I not been so indecisive about how to design them). I still have a ton of beads left to make at least 2-3 more necklaces.

I can say that I’ll never be purchasing these necklaces pre-made again and I plan to make handmade and personalized ones for all my pregnant friends and family to include with their baby shower gifts too. The Pretty Pastel kit that I used is absolutely perfect for Valentine’s Day, Easter and spring!

Right now you can save 15% off your entire purchase at Chomp Chew Bead Designs with code: MOMMYGONEHEALTHY15. Code expires on March 31st, 2017 so make sure to take advantage of it while you can! 🙂

Savanna from Chomp Beads is being super awesome and has allowed me to give away a Pretty Pastels kit (and cute elephant teether) away to one of my readers! Simply comment below letting me know which kit is your favorite or who you’d like to make some pretty necklaces for. 🙂 Head over to my Instagram later this weekend for another chance to enter.

Spread the love

Adorable!! I love the colors of the Stormy Waters kit! I appreciate that the silicone beads are free of all the “yuckies” (BPA, lead, phthalates, etc.) and are worry-free/safe for Baby! Great designs, by the way! 🙂

This is such a great idea! I love that you can change your necklace to go with your outfit, or just have extras around!

I’ve seen these necklaces pre-made, but I am loving the idea of a kit. Great gift idea, as you mentioned!!

They are all adorable sets!! Since the pretty pastel one is sold out, I’d say 50shades of grey or stormy waters. I feel like they would match better with more outfits.

I love these! I want to try them so bad for my little girl BerkLee, she had down syndrome so her mouth is tiny and nothing we can find at our local stores work because they are for larger more typical sized mouths.

I love these necklaces!!! The colors are just the best! Would love to be the special winner as we can’t find any teething tool that my daughter is able to use. She has a very small mouth due to down syndrome and we live out in the country so or local stores don’t offer much. We love the pretty pastels with the elephant as it looks thinner to me and more likely that BerkLee would be able to teeth away on it!

Ugh! Teething is the WORST! I absolutely think this idea is genius! My daughter would have loved this. I especially love the one with the “Sophie the Giraffe” attached. My daughter was always dropping hers! Function, style, and pain relief…this is amazing!

I am totally going to get this if I have another baby! I love all of the teething necklaces that are pre-made, but making them DIY is even better!

These are so cute! I would definitely love one of these as I have a teething toddler right now and am expecting our 1st baby girl in April. I would use these as a nursing necklace, too! And I love that they use silicone!

I am so loving the rainbow DIY kit! I would love it for my 4 year old who has a condition called Sensory Seeking Disorder. She is always looking for ways to feed her senses, and it leaves the sleeves and necklines of her clothes with holes because she is always chewing on her shirts. I think these would help for sure! Thank you so much for the opportunity. Your little lady is so precious!

Oooo! I already entered on IG but would love an extra shot at it! I love these. I have a “premade” one and was never a huge fan… but these are so cute! I would totally make one for me 😉 but also for a few mommy friends who have new littles. Great review!
