We are in the midst of intense teething right now. Swollen, white, bumpy gums and constant drooling. She absolutely loves these necklaces and they are such a lifesaver for me. Instead of the constant yanking of my hair, at my clothes and general fussiness, she simply grabs hold of my necklace and happily chomps away. Each DIY teething necklace kit (includes storage container) comes with enough materials to make at least 5 chewelry teething necklaces in personalized and coordinating colors. There are a TON of different kits to choose from with the option to switch out colors if you choose as well. Each kit is only $25-30 each, so you are only spending around $5 per necklace, which is significantly cheaper than if you were to buy them premade.

The process for making them was so easy and I love that there are simple to follow tutorial videos available on the Chomp Chew website as well. In less than 45 minutes, I was able to make 2 necklaces and a teething clip (and to be honest, I could have made it quicker had I not been so indecisive about how to design them). I still have a ton of beads left to make at least 2-3 more necklaces.

I can say that I’ll never be purchasing these necklaces pre-made again and I plan to make handmade and personalized ones for all my pregnant friends and family to include with their baby shower gifts too.
