These stretches will help relieve tension and alleviate discomfort from sitting and working on a computer all day.

neck Release

Avoid if you have any  neck problems

Help loosen tense neck and shoulder muscles with this gentle stretch. Avoid if you have any neck problems

Seated Forward Fold

This pose helps to release  tension in neck, back and hips.

Shoulder opening option: Clasp hands behind your back and fold. Gently lift arms upwards to intensify stretch.

Seated Cat/Cow

Open your shoulders and chest as you inhale and broaden your collarbones and exhale to round your spine to gently elongate your spine.

 Side Bends 

Feel a side body stretch as you alternate side to side.
