DIY: How To Make A  Gratitude Tree

But First, Why Is It Important For Kids To Learn Gratitude?

Expressing gratitude has been shown to decrease stress, increase happiness and a feeling of belonging. Parents can help raise grateful kids by modeling grateful behavior and habits themselves.

Supplies needed to make a gratitude tree:

- Small sticks - Vase - Leaf shapes cut from paper - Markers - Hole Punch

Have each person Write something They're grateful for on each leaf.

A gratitude tree is a great physical reminder and opportunity to express gratitude.

Add leaves to your branches...
