Mala beads can be incredibly useful during meditation, especially when the mind is prone to wandering, as using them with meditation helps to keep you focused and grounded.
They serve as a physical reminder of intentions and prompts users to return to their breath and refocus when your mind wanders (which it will).

Anatomy of aMala
Place mala between your middle and index finger on your dominant hand.
Use your thumb to pull the beads toward you.
You can choose a mantra to repeat with each bead.
"I am....safe, calm, strong, love."
"I am....safe, calm, strong, love."
Or focus on your breath - inhale and exhales - as you move each bead.
