GARLIC PARMESAN PASTA

If you’re constantly on the quest to find a family dinner that everyone enjoys, this one-pot garlic parmesan pasta is it! The creamy garlic parmesan sauce is packed with flavor, easy to make and most importantly, is always a crowd favorite.

Pasta is always one of my go-to dinners, especially for busy weeknights! The garlic parmesan sauce in this dish is a wonderful base recipe that can be used with many types of pasta and paired with your protein and veggie of choice.

Add butter to a large pan. Bring to medium heat to melt butter. Add garlic and cook, stirring frequently for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add chicken broth, milk, italian seasoning, salt and pepper and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer, Add pasta, stirring occasionally, until pasta is cooked thoroughly (about 18 minutes).

Turn off heat when pasta is cooked and add parmesan cheese. Stir well until cheese melts and pasta is covered. If sauce is too thick, you can add more milk or chicken broth to help thin.

Serve immediately. Top with parsley to garnish. Add your favorite protein and vegetables to meal.
