Energizing Pineapple and Ginger Green Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cup pineapple fresh or frozen
  • 1 small banana frozen
  • 1 cup fresh spinach packed
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 inch ginger
  • 3/4 cup milk or water
  • maple syrup optional (if desired for extra sweetness)

Instructions
 

  • Add spinach, ginger and liquid (milk or water) to blender and blend until smooth.
  • Add remaining ingredients and blend until a smooth consistency.
