Prepare pizza dough as instructed (fresh or pre-made dough can be used). Slather dough with pizza sauce and top with mozzarella cheese.
Bake pizza as directed until crust is fully cooked and cheese has melted.
While pizza is cooking, prepare all chopped salad ingredients (except feta and parsley) and put into medium bowl.
To prepare dressing, add all ingredients together and mix well.
Once pizza is fully cooked, mix dressing with chopped salad (you will have extra dressing so add the amount that you desire).
Top pizza with chopped salad. Garnish with parsley and feta.
