Oven-Roasted Spicy Chickpeas

Ingredients
  

  • 1 15 ounce can chickpeas low sodium, drained
  • 2 Tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 tsp chile powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Mix all seasoning and avocado oil well. Rinse and drain chickpeas. Add chickpeas to seasoning mix.
  • Spread chickpeas on cooking sheet covered with parchment paper. Bake for 25 minutes, stirring half-way through. Chickpeas will be browned and firm when done.
