Instructions
Mix together greek yogurt, red wine vinegar and seasonings.
Add in remaining ingredients and mix gently.
Serving on top of spinach of spring mix, in a pita or whole wheat tortilla wrap.
Notes
Note: any combination of Italian or Greek seasonings work well in this recipe. It's very forgiving and customizable.
