  • 6 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup cooking wine
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 to 1 Tbsp thyme
  • 2 to 3 bay leaves
