- 4 ounce Lobos 1707 Joven Tequila
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice around 1/2 juiced lime
- 1-2 tbsp jalapeño simple syrup to taste, recipe found below

Jalapeno Simple Syrup
- 3/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1-2 jalapenos sliced
Pineapple Jalapeno Margarita
Spread tajin (or salt) on a small plate. Moisten the rim of margarita glass with lime wedge and dip glass into tajin to line the rim of the glass. Fill glasses with ice.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add pineapple juice, tequila, fresh lime juice and jalapeño simple syrup. Shake vigorously and strain into prepared glass.
Garnish with pineapple slices and jalapeño slices. Serve immediately.
Jalapeno Simple Syrup
Add water and sugar into small saucepan and bring to a boil.
Reduce to a simmer and add jalapeño slices. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool. Sieve jalapeño slices is preferred. The longer the jalapeños sit in the syrup, the more heat and spice it will have.
