One-Pot Creamy Lemon Garlic & Ham Pasta
This one-pot creamy lemon garlic ham pasta is so easy to make, takes less than 30 minutes and is super family-friendly. It's the perfect quick weeknight meal when you want comfort food, but are short on time!

- 8 ounces rotini noodles dry
- 1 Tbsp cooking oil
- 1/2 onion diced
- 1 medium red pepper diced
- 2 cup broccoli
- 1 package (8 ounce) Smithfield Anytime Favorites Cubed Ham
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 3-4 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- grated parmesan
- parsley chopped, optional
Boil water and cook pasta according to directions on box.
Add oil to large pan over medium heat. Sauté onion, red pepper, broccoli and ham until onions are translucent (about 3-4 minutes). Remove from pan.
Add minced garlic to pan and sauté until fragrant. Add cream, chicken broth, lemon juice and Italian seasoning. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer until reduced & thickened.
Add ham, veggies and pasta to pan and mix well. Sprinkle with parmesan and garnish with parsley.
