Pecan Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Bowl
This pecan pumpkin pie smoothie has all the fall flavors and I'm here for it! Creamy, protein-packed and nutrient rich, this smoothie will be your favorite through fall, winter and beyond.
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 scoop protein powder vanilla or unflavored
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup optional depending on sweetness preferred but gives great flavor
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup ice
- raw pumpkin seeds to taste
- NOW Foods Honey Roasted Pecans to taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except for pumpkin seeds and pecans to blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Top with pumpkin seeds and honey roasted pecans.
