Energizing Pineapple and Ginger Green Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cup pineapple fresh or frozen
  • 1 small banana frozen
  • 1 cup fresh spinach packed
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 inch ginger
  • 3/4 cup milk or water
  • maple syrup optional (if desired for extra sweetness)

Method
 

  1. Add spinach, ginger and liquid (milk or water) to blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until a smooth consistency.
