- 1 1/2 cup pineapple fresh or frozen
- 1 small banana frozen
- 1 cup fresh spinach packed
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 inch ginger
- 3/4 cup milk or water
- maple syrup optional (if desired for extra sweetness)
Add spinach, ginger and liquid (milk or water) to blender and blend until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients and blend until a smooth consistency.
