Grilled Yogurt Flatbread

- 1 cup FAGE Total Plain Greek Yogurt 2% or 5%
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
Combine Greek yogurt, flour and baking powder in large bowl.
Flour hands and mix and knead well until it forms into a ball.
Let dough sit for 15 minutes.
Separate dough into 4 equal pieces. Heat grill or pan to medium heat.
Using hand or rolling pin, flatten dough into 1/4" round flatbreads. Brush olive oil on bread with brush or hand.
Cook 3-4 minutes on each side until bubbly and browned.
