Grilled Yogurt Flatbread

Servings 4 flatbreads


  • 1 cup FAGE Total Plain Greek Yogurt 2% or 5%
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil


  • Combine Greek yogurt, flour and baking powder in large bowl.
  • Flour hands and mix and knead well until it forms into a ball.
  • Let dough sit for 15 minutes.
  • Separate dough into 4 equal pieces. Heat grill or pan to medium heat.
  • Using hand or rolling pin, flatten dough into 1/4" round flatbreads. Brush olive oil on bread with brush or hand.
  • Cook 3-4 minutes on each side until bubbly and browned.
