Ingredients
  

  • 1 8 oz block of Prairie Farms Cream Cheese brought to room temperature
  • 1/2 cup smoked gouda shredded
  • 1/3 cup sharp cheddar
  • 1/2 cup beer
  • 1 large handful fresh spinach chopped
  • 1/2 medium red bell pepper diced
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375º. Mix all ingredients well and place in oven safe bowl.
  2. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
  3. Optional: Broil for crunchy, browned top. Serve with pretzels, tortilla chips, or veggies.
