There’s nothing better on a sizzling hot day than an ice cold drink that hits the spot! Sparkling waters are my absolute favorite as I love the addition of bubbly goodness, delicious flavors, hydrating with the bonus of being a healthier option to sugary pop! I’m sharing a quick and simple mocktail recipe that is delicious for a refreshing summertime drink that you’ll be whipping up again and again.

With all this time spent at home, I’ve made sure to keep our house stocked with lots of healthy food and drink options! I often get a craving for a bubbly pop in the evenings, but hate how much sugar is in the typical soda. For drinks, I love keeping Perrier® carbonated mineral waters, especially my favorite flavor: Strawberry! They’re a great alternative to sugary soft drinks as they’re zero calorie and zero sweeteners but are filled with fun bubbly carbonation and hints of delicious strawberry natural flavor.

I love the Perrier® Strawberry by itself, but making refreshing mocktails with fresh fruit and herbs is a great way to add little indulgent moments to my day. There’s just something that feels so upscale and special when you take the time to add fresh fruit and herbs to drinks – the perfect way to add a little pick-me-up to your day.

This strawberry lime mocktail combines Perrier® Strawberry with muddled strawberries (blueberries are a great addition too), a squeeze of lime and a sprig of mint to create a light and refreshing drink that quenches your thirst on those hot and humid summer days. Perrier® Strawberry is super versatile for all sorts of drinks and everyone loves them – even my 4 year old enjoys them, and I love that it’s a no sugar added drink for her!

I love making these strawberry lime mocktails in the evening after the kids are in bed for the night to sip on the patio while enjoying the peace and quiet. Perrier® Strawberry, fresh mint, tangy lime and bits of fresh strawberry make it an oh-so-good and decadent feeling drink that takes only minutes to make! It’s a great way to savor in the moments of summer and take a moment for myself. Plus, I love that it’s a fabulous no sugar (or low sugar with the addition of fruit) drink option!

Sparkling Strawberry Lime Seltzer

  • 1-2 strawberries chopped
  • 1 sprig mint
  • lime sliced

Instructions
  1. Muddle strawberries and mint in bottom of glass.
  2. Add ice.
  3. Pour can of Perrier® Strawberry into glass.
  4. Squeeze several lime slices into drink. Garnish with additional lime and mint.
