Radiant Skin with MyChelle Beauty Key 3 Trio

As I’ve mentioned in prior posts, I’ve been on a big kick lately to use more natural and eco-conscious products. Our skin is the largest organ in our body and anything that we use on it has the potential to be absorbed into our body. When I first heard about MyChelle Dermaceuticals I loved what I saw when I read their philosophy:

The Beauty Key 3 trio is a great skin regimen that can be used daily to help perfect, correct and protect all skin types. While everyone’s skin is different, most dermatologists agree that everyone can benefit from a regimen containing Vitamin A, Vitamin C and a broad spectrum sunscreen that contains Zinc Oxide. Beauty Key 3 (BK3), contains all three of these bioactive, high performance skin care ingredients to give you fresh, healthy and radiant skin throughout the year. Perfect C Serum

The Perfect C Serum has the highest (17%) and most effective Vitamin C available and is the perfect component of the trio. Vitamin C is important because it combats the signs of aging by strengthening collagen and evens skin tone. Perfect C also contains Buddleja plant stem cells to protect against sun damage.

My thoughts: I’ve used this product every morning the past week (first thing I apply before moisturizer or makeup) and feel like it has helped to even my skin tone. My skin has been smooth and blemish free for the most part. I’m really looking forward to seeing how well this works long term because the results in the past week have been great so far. I love the additional protection against sun damage too! The only gripe I have: I’m not a big fan of the initial smell, but it goes away very quickly.

Remarkable Retinal Serum

The Remarkable Retinal Serum has the strongest non-prescription Vitamin A and is the correct component. I’ve been wanting to try a retinal product for awhile so this was the product I was most excited to use. I’ve been noticing slight wrinkles around my eyes and forehead (no!!!!) and wanted to try a product to help diminish them. This serum is a powerful wrinkle fighter that contains Vitamin A, ceramide 3 and plant stem cells. It’s suppose to reduce fine lines by 42% and redness by 70% in 4 weeks!

My thoughts: First, the serum is bright yellow! It really surprised me but rubbed in very well. I religiously have been using this every evening after washing my face and swear that I’ve noticed some changes and that some lines look a little less noticeable. I didn’t notice any skin sensitivity which was great because I tend to have sensitive skin. I’ll definitely be adding this to my regular skin care regimen and can’t wait to see my skins appearance after a month of use. I really wish I had taken some before photos!

Sun Shield SPF 28

Sun Shield SPF 28 contains safe 100% mineral UVA/UVB protection. It also contains aloe to help moisturized and sooth sun irritated skin. It’s also unscented which is a major plus!

My thoughts: This rubbed in really well and didn’t cause a burning sensation on my face like some sunscreens do (I have a really hard time finding sunscreens to use on my face that don’t irritate it). I use this under my makeup without having my makeup bleed or look greasy which is a huge win.

Bottom Line

If you’re looking for a high quality, eco-friendly, all natural skin care line, MyChelle skin care is for you! I love that there are no questionable ingredients, that I’m seeing results after only 1 week of use and love the easy to use packaging (pumps are super convenient for dispensing just the right amount). I definitely plan on continuing to use the Beauty Key 3 trio and really looking forward to seeing how my skin changes with it’s use.
